To register and use hh555, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
hh555 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request identity documents, address verification or other supporting information. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction until verification is complete.
Age Verification: hh555 takes the protection of minors seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct age verification checks before any further access is granted.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active hh555 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are strictly prohibited. All personal information provided at registration — including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and payment method details — must be accurate and kept up to date. hh555 may cross-check submitted information against third-party identity verification services. Discrepancies between your account details and your payment method ownership may result in withdrawal holds pending review.
You may close your hh555 account at any time by contacting customer support. On closure, any pending bets will be settled as normal and remaining balance returned to your verified payment method. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. If your account is closed by hh555 due to a Terms breach, the same forfeiture rules apply.
Note: hh555 accounts are non-transferable. You cannot gift, sell or assign your account to another person. Betting on behalf of a third party using your own account is prohibited.
hh555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Pakistan-approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hh555 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers or payments from third-party accounts.
The minimum deposit on hh555 is Rs 500. There is no upper deposit limit in general, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your hh555 balance within seconds of confirmation. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in certain cases. hh555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your own name — hh555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within one to three minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
hh555 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before release of funds. This is a standard financial integrity measure and is not a penalty.
All hh555 transactions — bets placed, winnings received, bonuses credited and withdrawals processed — are denominated exclusively in PKR. hh555 will never ask you to hold funds in or convert to any foreign currency. What you see on your hh555 balance screen is exactly what is available to you in Pakistani Rupees.
All bets on hh555 are subject to acceptance at the Platform's discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — due to connectivity issues, system errors or any other reason — are not valid and will not be settled. hh555 accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to technical failures on your end.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, event and bet type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. hh555 reserves the right to change stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including imposing individual account limits where necessary to manage risk.
hh555 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Due to the real-time nature of sports events, there may be a brief delay between placing a bet and its confirmation. During this time, odds may change. If the odds move against you after you submit a bet but before it is confirmed, hh555 will notify you of the revised odds and give you the option to accept or decline at the new price.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. In cases where results are disputed or official confirmation is delayed, hh555 may temporarily suspend settlement until the official outcome is confirmed. hh555's settlement decisions are final once applied. If you believe a settlement error has occurred, contact support within 72 hours of settlement.
hh555 may void bets in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at an obvious error price; a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or the event does not meet the minimum conditions required for settlement. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's hh555 account balance. Voided bets do not count toward any bonus wagering requirements.
Cricket Specific: For PSL and other cricket matches, hh555 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules for rain-affected matches. Detailed cricket betting rules are available within the platform's help section.
All casino games and arcade games on hh555 — including live dealer tables, RNG-based games and fishing arcade titles — use certified random number generator technology or physical cards dealt by professional dealers on camera. Game outcomes are determined by these independent systems and are not influenced by hh555. RTP (return-to-player) percentages for each game are published within the game lobby.
Live casino games on hh555, including Live Andar Bahar, Live Roulette and Live Baccarat, are governed by the rules displayed at each table and the dealer's instructions during the game. In the event of a dispute between the live video feed and the platform display, the live dealer's physical actions are the authoritative record for settlement purposes.
If a technical failure occurs during an active game round — such as a disconnection during a live casino hand or an interrupted fishing game session — hh555 will use server-side records to determine the game state at the time of failure. If a round was in progress but not completed, the round may be voided and the bet returned, or completed based on the server-side state, at hh555's discretion. hh555 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Fishing arcade games on hh555 involve a skill element alongside RNG-determined fish health and values. All bullet costs and fish multipliers are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for managing their bullet cost per shot — hh555 does not alter bullet cost settings on behalf of players. Multiplayer rooms operate on shared tables where multiple players can compete simultaneously.
hh555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. Specific terms for any given promotion take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
Most bonuses credited to your hh555 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets and live casino games generally contribute 100%, while RNG slots may contribute at a different rate as specified in the individual offer terms.

All bonuses on hh555 have an expiry date stated in the offer terms. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. hh555 is under no obligation to notify you individually before a bonus expires — it is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates in your account dashboard.
Important: Bonuses credited to your hh555 account do not form part of your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully met. Your hh555 balance display distinguishes between bonus balance and real-money balance clearly.
The hh555 VIP Club is a loyalty programme that rewards regular players with cashback, higher limits, dedicated support and exclusive bonuses. Participation in the VIP Club is by invitation or through meeting published tier threshold criteria. hh555 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, reward rates and VIP Club benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the individual account. VIP cashback and rewards have their own terms and conditions published within the VIP Club section of the platform. VIP membership does not guarantee any specific outcome in games or betting markets. hh555 may remove VIP status from any account found to be in breach of these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct.

hh555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
